At MSM Fight Shop, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your training; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of purchase. All returned merchandise must be in original packaging with tags attached and show no signs of wear or use.

  Contact our customer support team or visit our Miami retail location with your order number and receipt to start the return process.

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective wraps, tags, and manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship or Drop Off

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or bring it directly to our storefront.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists inspect the gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
